Me at 141 pounds

I went and got some skincare stuff today. The more weight I lose the more wrinkles I see around my eyes! I went to the Olay website and they had this really cool survey that you can take. They take inro account all your concerns and then they tell you which product would be best for you. I needed stuff for wrinkles, age spots and dark circles. Still...not bad for almost 35! But this pic has good lighting and I have make up on. The pic below is more accurate - see the dark circles etc - I have no make up on!

141! I Can't Believe It!

I got on the scale this morning and lo and behold I was 141lbs. That doesn't seem real! I have been counting my calories and tracking my protien intake and working out. So I guess it makes sense. Half a lb more and I'll be able to say I've lost 65lbs. That is just crazy! Especially since I still feel so fat.

I been using a site called my-calorie-counter.com and its been great for tracking everything I put into my body. I did have to do quite a bit of research to figure out how many calories I should be getting in. I guess anywhere between 800 - 1000 is where I should be. So I aim for 900 and 65g of protien. Although, I am pretty sure the nutritionist might want me to up it to 70g if I can.

I've been enjoying going to pilates or working out at home. I can see the beginning of a six pack emerge on my tummy. I still have a good inch of fat layering the top of the muscle, but its getting there. My legs, however, are not. I mean they are getting thinner, and more muscular, but they are still huge. My arms are also getting more muscular, but I have the hanging fat still.

Well I guess that's all stuff to keep me motivated. I haven't weighed in the 130s for over 10years, so I am really excited about seeing 13something!

I thought I was alomost done losing weight. I was 147 when I went to GA for Christmas and I worked out there and saw 146 at the gym, but when I got home I was 147 again. Then in 2 weeks I've lost 6 pounds. WOW! I am just in shock...
